Two senior figures from major agencies have teamed up to form a new training operation called Agency Mentors.
Iain White, a former managing director at Romans for 22 years and also a former director at Countrywide Thames, is working with Stephen Brown, a former training and development director at Greene & Co.
They have created packages for training, development and e-learning and offer consultancy on systems and process review, changing culture, and marketing and branding.
"We’ve teamed up with some of the most well known and respected trainers, coaches and motivational speakers across the world to deliver these innovative hands-on personal development programmes” says White.
"We will have a vault of information, hints and tips available, to candidates and subscribers with added benefits of monthly breakfast networking events for like-minded non-competing agents to network and share ideas and solve problems. It’s a social development tool for business leaders and owners from the industry and those who supply it" he says.
