'Estate Agency of the Year' reveals recruitment and training plans

Karl Tatler Estate Agents & Lettings - recently annointed at Estate Agency of the Year at the Sunday Times annual awards - has made three key appointments.

Emma Clark has joined Greasby sales as a property manager with Alex Scott joining Heswall lettings as a lettings coordinator. Kathryn Burdett is heading up a newly formed client services department in head office.

“Our commitment to our staff is an investment in their ongoing training and development. At Karl Tatler it’s not just about delivering excellent customer service, but the added combination of knowledge and expertise and how it is used to get the best results for our clients” says managing director Karl Tatler.

The firm has a rule of all frontline sales and lettings staff being NFoPP qualified, with new members of staff enrolled on a demanding training programme which follows an induction week at head office.

The addition of a client services role to the head office team follows appointments last year of data analyst, Andrew Spink, and finance manager Debbie Evans.

They join an admin team, plus marketing managers Samantha Durnion and Paul Traill, with operations manager Shaun Carlton, head of lettings Dave Seed and managing director Karl Tatler in the Heswall-based head office.

The Karl Tatler Training Programme has received national recognition for excellence at the recent Estate Agency of the Year Awards where it was awarded Gold for Best Training and Development.
