Agency says new tool boosts enquiries, valuations and instructions

Hybrid estate agency EweMove has unveiled its new website which claims to set a new bar for agents looking to use online marketing to generate new business.

“During the development phase we consulted with conversion rate optimisation experts, lead generation consultants and copywriters. We wanted every aspect of the site to assist in boosting the number of new leads for our franchise partners” explains Glenn Ackroyd, who describes himself as Head Shepherd of the quirky EweMove agency.

“A key part of this was understanding that 49 per cent of our new business starts out life having performed an online valuation enquiry with our partner ValPal. So we promoted this on the site with clear calls to action. We then made sure that our pay per click and SEO were aligned to amplify the results from all of our marketing channels” he says.

The firm claims that since launching its new site on February 1 online valuation enquiries have risen by 71 per cent, pay-per-click enquiries have increased 48 per cent, and new instructions are up by 64 per cent.

Since re-branding and launching as a franchise in 2013, EweMove has grown to 85 branches and says more franchisee launches will be announced from next month through to the summer.
