Revealed: the UK's most expensive streets where you can buy a home...

Eaton Square, in the heart of London’s wealthy Belgravia district, has been crowned the most expensive street in England and Wales, with an average house price of £16.944m.

Research by Lloyds Bank reveals that the square - close to Knightsbridge, Sloane Street and Chelsea, and with former James Bond stars Sean Connery and Roger Moore amongst its previous residents - heads the top 10, all of which are in prime central London.

Just a few streets away from Eaton Square, Grosvenor Crescent – which was the most expensive street in the 2014 survey - is the second most expensive street this year, with an average price of £16.918m, followed by Ilchester Place in Notting Hill (£16.029m).
