Estate and letting agent training company Agency Mentors has revealed the winner of its competition for ‘most inspirational agent’ in the UK.
The judges say it was difficult to find one victor amongst many but eventually the award was taken by Sue Gipson, senior property consultant at Fine & Country’s St Neots branch.
Agency Mentors says Sue helped a client with her property journey, which took eight years in total. The client said of Sue: “In my opinion, Sue Gipson is an outstanding agent in every sense. Sue definitely went the extra mile and then some! I cannot envisage anyone else taking the amount of time and making such sustained efforts over eight years to find me a buyer for my home as Sue has done.”
The award includes £250 for the charity of Sue’s choice, and £250 for the client’s choice of charity too.
One of the judges, Susie Crolla - chief executive of the Guild of Letting and Management - said: “It takes someone with an exceptional skill set - mediation, negotiation, crisis management - to assist a client and find the resolution to the matter in hand. The agent clearly has an aptitude for customer care and customer service - must haves for any agency.”
