As Brexit uncertainty grips the market, one estate agency is taking the unusual step of confronting the conundrum head-on by having a special Brexit day for clients.
Andrews Property Group is hosting a panel discussion to examine the implications for the market including existing owners, buyers and landlords.
Staged at the UWE Exhibition and Conference Centre in Bristol on November 17, starting at 6pm, the event will be address by Andrews group chief executive David Westgate, financial service chief executive Paul Bumford, and letting and management managing director Alison Nunez.
They’ll be joined by Karen Press of tax specialists Smith & Williamson.
“Whilst no-one can answer with absolute certainty what the future holds, especially once Article 50 has been triggered, what we can do, is explore the possible opportunities and threats that will arise in the coming months and years" says Westgate.
