Industry training consultancy Agency Mentors is on the search for the country’s most inspirational estate or letting agent.
This is the second year of the competition was the brainchild of Agency Mentor founder and director, Stephen Brown.
He says that within his consultancy business he was hearing incredible stories of the extraordinary work agents were doing to help their clients, but these were not always breaking to the outside world.
“Negative press about our industry seems to be growing, yet the inspirational stories about the kind and wonderful things we do for clients gets ignored. I felt it was time to redress the balance and celebrate the wonderful work estate and letting agents do throughout the country on a daily basis. This is about those caring gestures, no matter how small, that have had a real impact on clients” he says.
The winning story will win £250 for the agent, to be donated to the charity of their choice, and £250 for their client, again toward a charity of their choice.
