Zoopla scores 53m visits, 2m leads and more app growth in September

Zoopla Property Group says there were over 53m visits to its Zoopla and PrimeLocation websites in September, up 13 per cent year on year.

The portals also delivered over two million leads to its agent partners in September, with appraisal leads up 17.8 per cent on the same period last year.

It also says ZPG property apps saw strong growth with total downloads now at in excess of 8.3m.

Yesterday OnTheMarket reported 10m visits in September but declined to say how many leads it provided to agents.

“We are delighted to report continued strong growth in our audience and the value we deliver to our partners. Vendors and landlords are increasingly using our websites to identify and select local agents and our appraisal lead tool is helping our partners win more business. It is not surprising that over 500 branches have now returned to us since the start of last year” says Mark Goddard, managing director of ZPG Property Services.
