OnTheMarket is linking with the Absolutely Magazines chain of London-centric magazines to provide a co-branded online search facility on the publishing firm’s property channel.
Absolutely Magazines, owned by Zest Media, launched in 2011 and now has 17 monthly titles which reach an estimated 1.1m readers providing information ranging from fashion trends to local art exhibitions, interiors news and property; the new search facility will be on Absolutely.London, the magazine group’s new website.
“We believe a co-branded online search service powered by OnTheMarket is a valuable offering to our discerning high net worth readers. This is an opportunity for them to engage with a clear and intuitive property website which we are confident will continue to grow” says Hannah Hopkins, Absolutely’s digital editor.
She says OTM has attracted “a very high proportion of the agents we work with in our key catchment areas.”
In a statement launching the co-branding, OTM chief executive Ian Springett says: “Our relationship with Absolutely Magazines will increase the exposure of OnTheMarket even further by building on the common interests of both companies. Last year we announced a similar partnership with Country Life which has proved to be a tremendous success for agents, their clients and the property-seeking public.”
