The ESTAS Group, which already runs the largest award scheme for the estate agency industry, has launched new awards for the conveyancing sector.
The ESTAS Estate Agent awards, now in their 14th year - and with Angels Media, publisher of Estate Agent Today and Letting Agent Today as a sponsor - are unique in choosing winners based on ratings from thousands of customers around the UK. Some 30,000 voted this year.
A similar approach is going to be used for the Conveyancer awards, which will be sponsored by SearchFlow and Solicitors Journal.
“Winning one will demonstrate a conveyancer’s commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service and provide them with an incredibly powerful marketing message. At the same time we’ll provide valuable client feedback data and other marketing benefits for all conveyancing firms taking part” says ESTAS founder Simon Brown.
There will be categories for single branch firms, regional groups and national firms as well as a special People Awards category recognising individual members of staff, again based on customer feedback.
The inaugural awards ceremony will take place on October 3 next year, hosted by ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer.
