Agency launches 30th London office and beefs up Nine Elms team

Knight Frank has launched its 30th London residential office having opened the doors of its new branch in Victoria.

The agency says Victoria - the site of huge redevelopment in recent years - is “a very exciting area of London given the number of residential development schemes driving its growth as a residential area of choice.”

Robert Oatley heads up the firm’s Victoria sales team with Emma Sewell-Vincent taking charge of lettings.

Oatley has been working in the industry for over 10 years, most recently heading sales in Chesterton’s Pimlico & Westminster office. Sewell-Vincent spent over six years with Foxtons, including spells in the Sloane Square and Shoreditch offices as well as setting up its Stoke Newington office.

The Victoria opening follows the recent launch of the agency’s Battersea & Nine Elms office; the firm says there are internal moves within this branch, with Kris Ericsson leading the sales side and Louise O’Driscoll for lettings, moving from Knight Frank’s Riverside and St John’s Wood operations respectively

“[This] shows our commitment to the London market following a period of relative uncertainty and we are highly optimistic about the potential for success in both Victoria and Battersea and Nine Elms” explains Noel Flint, Knight Frank’s Head of London Residential.
