A ‘points of interest’ web portal is being offered to agents and developers who want to have additional information on property details and websites.
POI On Demand has four million entries broken down into nine categories - accommodation, eating and drinking; commercial services; attractions; sport and entertainment; education and health; public infrastructure; manufacturing and production; retail and transport.
In more basic terms it includes everything from cattle grids, letterboxes, bus stops and public conveniences, through to nightclubs, cash machines and fish and chip shops.
It is offered by Landmark Solutions, a division of Landmark Information Group which has already provided some landscape and environmental information to the property industry. The company is offering it to clients as a pay-as-you-go basis.
