Hunters is expanding its London presence with a new branch in Willesden Green - and the promise of more openings in the capital later in 2016.
The franchise agency already has offices in near West Hampstead, Harrow and Harrow on the Hill.
“We already have a strong presence across the capital and plan to widen our reach further throughout 2016. ... It is an important and exciting market for us and prospective new franchises” according to the chain’s managing director, Glynis Frew.
The new office will be run by franchise-buyer Shahzad Shah, who has lived in the area for 35 years.
Hunters opened in 32 new locations during the past year, including Oxford, Southampton, London, Sunderland, the Wirral, Norfolk and Kent.
A key acquisition in the year was that of Country Properties, an existing franchised operation with strongholds in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, adding a further 23 branches to the Hunters network.
