Zoopla Property Group is reported to be looking for a new headquarters to house its property portals and recent acquisition, the price comparison website uSwitch.
Currently ZPG’s portals are based at Southwark Street while uSwitch is based at Southwark Bridge Road - both on London’s South Bank within the SE1 postcode.
But ZPG is reported by Estates Gazette to have instructed a specialist commercial operator DeVono to search for up top 50,000 square feet of central London office space to bring the two brands together.
It was under two years ago that DeVono found the 14,600 square foot building in which Zoopla’s portals operation is now based.
