London estate agency Madison Carter has been selected to feature on Sky's Property TV channel.
The agency says it has been chosen because it offers "21st century marketing techniques" including an exclusive format of presenter-led films, aired on its website and allowing prospective buyers to view properties from anywhere in the world.
The channel has until now majored in re-runs of Dream Homes, Sarah Beeny's Restoration Nightmare and similar shows - the shows featuring Madison Carter will be original programming for the channel.
Steven Coogan, the director of the Hampstead-based agency, says his firm "stays ahead, specifically within the tech area."
Property TV is to date the only Sky TV channel dedicated to homes and property, and is shown on channels 238, 272 and 274.
The company was founded by Michael Hammond, 22, who is believed to be the youngest ever owner of a Sky channel.
