Cavendish Lettings is being rebranded as Cavendish Residential this month to signify its expansion into sales as well.
The move comes on top of it recently adding Cavendish Maintenance and Cavendish Investments to its long-established lettings business.
The company has specialised in high-end lets for the last nine years and earlier in 2015 won an ESTAS award in recognition of its success.
Cavendish Lettings already oversees a portfolio of 700 properties under rental, and since the launch of Cavendish Sales and Investments, has already had 17 new sales instructions and is offering 41 investment opportunities.
Sales and Investments director Dominic Rice says: “Back in August last year we launched our Investments Division, which has gone from strength to strength and our intention is to achieve the same levels of service in the sales side of our business".
Cavendish Residential will focus on selling properties in a 25-mile radius of Nottingham city centre.
