Successful start for agency's new high-end branch

A new Fine & Country branch is claiming interest in high end property in its patch is now at pre-recession levels and achieving “some very impressive prices.”

The new branch is at Wetherby and is part of the Manning Stainton empire, carrying a Fine & Country ‘wrapper’.

The branch is specialising in sales, often above £700,000, across north and west Yorkshire. Along with its existing offices in Leeds, Harrogate and Wakefield it has achieved sales of over £40 million in the last 12 months.

“We’re seeing the demand for special or unusual properties rising to pre-recession levels which is helping us achieve some very impressive prices” says sales director Mark Manning. 

“The addition of Wetherby fills a strategic position in terms of our branch locations. We can also offer customers the support of a branch in London as well as links to a wider international network” says Manning. 

Manning Stainton has 19 residential sales and letting offices across west and north Yorkshire.
