New look for high end agency's offices

John D Wood & Co., one of the high end agents in the Countrywide stable, has unveiled its new office interior design.

The first examples are in its existing offices in London’s Primrose Hill and Weybridge in Surrey, and in a newly-opened lettings office on the Fulham Road in Chelsea. The new look interiors will be rolled out across the branch network during the summer and autumn. 

The firm describes the new design as “bright [and] contemporary” with the colour scheme of “brushed oak, muted grey and mid blue, accented with chrome and white to complement the company logo.”

Each office will include a feature wall with a row of digital screens on a strip of oak panelling backlit by LED lighting, providing a slideshow of property content. Adjoining walls will be panelled from floor to ceiling with an inset illuminated logo.

Contemporary pendant lights “provide a softer feel” in reception areas, which in larger offices will include both a seating area and a formal meeting space. The reception areas will have matching oak flooring, whilst staff desks will be on carpet.
