Zoopla Property Group has appointed Vin Murria as an independent non-executive director.
Murria, who left her role as chief executive of AIM-listed Advanced Software Group in March, will assume the new role from July 1. Murria was named Quoted Company Entrepreneur of the year 2014 and Woman of The Year in the 2012 Cisco Everywoman Technology Awards.
At Chestertons, Greg Campbell, an experienced property and facilities management has been appointed as a director to head up its estate management business.
Campbell has worked extensively in both residential and commercial property management, with some of his more high-profile residential clients including key London developers St James, St George, Berkeley Homes, Miller Homes and Pocket Living.
His key facilities managements roles saw him work with names such as Everything Everywhere, PwC, Boots, McLaren and Morgan Stanley. He will be based at the Chestertons Islington office.
Meanwhile Simon Crewe has been appointed managing eirector of Millstream Management Services, the wholly owned subsidiary of Churchill Retirement Living which manages over 4,550 retirement leasehold properties across the UK.
Established in 2006, Millstream says it wants to double the size of the business by 2018. It currently a full property management service for owners in retirement properties.
