London chain Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward has opened another new sales and lettings outlet, this time in South Kensington - hot on the heels of the firm’s new Marylebone office opened a few weeks ago.
“The opening of our Marylebone and South Kensington branches is another big step in strengthening our presence and coverage in the prime London property market” says Lee Watts, managing director at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward.
“Prime London will continue to be a significant focus of our ongoing expansion plans with further branches in Fulham, Parsons Green, Earls Court and Clerkenwell scheduled to open during the next six to nine months” he says.
Last week EAT reported that Hamptons was opening an additional office covering parts of south west London while on the lettings side Benham & Reeves Residential Lettings has opened a new office at Wapping, on the old News International site.
