Century 21, which describes itself as the fastest growing agency franchise in the UK, is opening another new branch - this time in Herne Bay, Kent.
Operating under the title Century 21 Praediis will provide agency services including sales, lettings, property management and commercial property.
The agency franchise in the town is owned and run by Gould & Smith Ltd and its owners, Jack Smith & Samuel Gould.
The office is described by Jack Smith as having “an authentic double-fronted window [and] a rustic and slightly nautical theme.”
“Our expansion plans continue apace and we have a number of new offices opening in the weeks and months ahead” says Rob Clifford, Century 21 UK’s chief executive and group commercial director of Shepherd Direct Group, which operates Century 21 in this country.
