Rettie & Co. is opening a branch at Jesmond in Newcastle, hot on the heels of the firm’s recent new office in Berwick upon Tweed.
The Newcastle branch - the 10th for Rettie & Co - will open in the New Year with a Foxtons-style 0% sales fee offer to some early vendors.
The Newcastle opening follows rapidly on from the opening of the firm’s newest branch opening in September this year in Newton Mearns, Glasgow. The Newton Mearns office complements their existing three West Coast offices in Bath Street, Bearsden and the West End of Glasgow. The firm also has two offices in Edinburgh as well as branches in Melrose, Berwick and in London.
“After focusing on our movement into the west of Scotland we’re now turning our sights to the North East of England, and strengthening our presence on the map there” says the firm’s managing director, Simon Rettie.
