Iam-Sold, which offers white label auction services to estate agents, has been named as one of the country’s fastest-growing companies by the Sunday Times.
The Newcastle-based firm enjoyed an 88.86 per cent rise in sales over the past three years and employs 57 staff. It was started back in 2009 by two graduates who borrowed the £10,000 start-up money from family and friends.
In spring this year it announced that its estate agent clients had received in excess of £15m in fees in the previous five years.
By the end of 2015 Iam-Sold will have held over auctions in the year at 10 different venues.
Iam-Sold was number 23 on the Fast Track 100 listed by the Sunday Times, 16 ahead of another residential sector firm, BTL Property, a refurbishment company based in south west London.
