Estate agent Butters John Bee based at Nantwich in Cheshire has won the latest ESTAS Agent of the Month title.
The accolade was achieved thanks to the branch’s excellent ratings from its customers when they completed The ESTAS online survey.
This is the third time the monthly title has been picked up by a Butters John Bee branch having previously been achieved by Alsager in July and Crewe in August.
“I’m delighted three of my offices have been recognised. There is no one better qualified to comment on our service than customers receiving it” says Steve Dourish, the BJB sales director.
In the ESTAS Best Letting Agency for Landlords category Buckley Frayne Estate Agents, based in Manchester, secured the highest score for the month. “We’d like to thank all our valued landlords who have taken the time to vote for Buckley Frayne Estate Agents and our members of staff who understand our customers’ needs and put in all the hard work to provide our landlords with a ‘service without compromise’” says Fintan O’Malley, the agency’s office manager.
In the Best Letting Agency for Tenants category it was a first time win for SageWard Residential Lettings. “We’re so proud to win this award, it’s nice to know that our tenants are pleased with the service received. Thank you to the ESTAS for putting in place this little incentive, it makes us feel good and makes us want to push on to win the main Gold Award at next year’s ceremony” explains Lisa Ward, managing director at SageWard.
The ESTAS competition sees the best agents for customer service in the UK competing against each other - winners are decided solely on ratings provided by customers when completing an online survey.
The ultimate prize is to win a Grand Prix at The ESTAS award ceremony next April when the annual winners will be acknowledged at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London in an event once again hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer.
