New offices for franchise giant Hunters and for Apprentice star's agency

Hunters has four more offices in south east England - the former Black & White Estates branches in Ashford, Folkestone, Hythe and Tenterden.

The four offices join the 160-plus existing Hunters branches. The firm says there are more new offices to come in the remaining eight weeks of the year.

Hunters’ national sales director Andy Bushell says: “I expect the network to expand to 170 offices by year end and start 2016 very positively. Throughout the year we have been receiving unprecedented levels of interest across the country with enquiries for both new start-up operations and conversions of independent agencies.”

He claims year-on-year business growth for companies that have converted to the Hunters brand is 36 per cent “”proving that becoming a Hunters franchise really works.”

Meanwhile in London the former Apprentice finalist Jamie Lester has opened his fourth estate agency under the Haus Properties banner.

The office is close to Lester’s first Haus Properties branch in Fulham, south west London - its other two offices are in nearby Chiswick and Shepherd’s Bush.

Haus is this month marking its fourth birthday and claims to have sold £184m of property and collected £145m in rent.
