The organisers of ESTAS 2016 are on the look-out for the best mortgage brokers to enter the newest category in the property industry’s most prestigious awards event.
The first-ever Gold winner of the Best Regional Broker Award was the Mortgage Business based in Brentwood, Essex. A partner in the firm, David Oastler, describes the awards as “a great endorsement of our quality which we’ve used successfully to attract new clients and introducers to our business.”
There are only just over six weeks left to enter. All regional and national broker firms are eligible but entries close on December 31.
Shortlisted firms will be publicised in March and the winners will be announced on April 15 when The ESTAS award ceremony is held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
“Our mission is to highlight great service provided by different firms involved in the residential sector. Property transactions are extremely stressful for customers and it’s the job of agents, conveyancers and brokers to help make the journey as smooth as possible. We want to reward those firms who are going the extra mile on behalf of clients and provide them with marketing tools to promote their excellent service” explains Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS Group.
