Three businessmen who run a firm providing HIPs and EPCs have reached the semi-finals of the 2009 HSBC Start-Up Stars Awards.

Tom Claridge, Tim Wright and Rolf Groenewold run Oxford-based KeyHIPS, which says it has over 1,000 estate agents among its customers.

It employs over 20 full-time staff and offers continuous repeat work to 500 subcontracted Domestic Energy Assessors.

The company launched 15 months ago.
