Three property searches are being made every second on Zoopla, with ten leads delivered every minute to agents, the site has reported.

It says it is having record traffic, searches and leads after the launch of its first national TV advertising campaign in late August.

During the first week of September, there was a  26% increase in leads sent to agents over the previous month and a 23% increase in visitors to its website.

In terms of raising its brand awareness, Zoopla is reporting a 44% increase in the number of brand searches through Google from one month ago.

CEO Alex Chesterman said: “Our current TV campaign has been very well received by consumers and agents alike and we are delighted that our significant marketing investment is paying dividends for all our agent members with increased exposure and levels of inquiries.”
