Hi, I’m Kersteen McConnell and I am a Business Development Manager for Virgin Media.

How does Virgin Media partner with estate and letting agents?


Simply by sending consented customer leads ahead of their moving date, our dedicated on-shore telesales team will then reach out to your customers and discuss what package is right for them. Following successful install of their services, commission will then be paid.

What are the benefits of referrals for agents?

If you are an estate agent already partnering with Virgin Media then you could earn additional commission simply by recommending another property agent.

Launching the partner awareness campaign at the start of this year that will reach areas of the property network and educate them on how to drive a new revenue stream by partnering with Virgin Media.

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

Having the opportunity to build connections with estate and letting agents, enabling them to ease the set up process for renters and home movers so they can enjoy slick and ultrafast connectivity in their homes.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing estate and letting agents at the moment?

Agents need to adapt to changing consumer needs, which require them to provide a consistently high level of customer service that is both more flexible and increasingly tech-driven.

What is your property prediction for 2021?

Changing priorities as a result of the pandemic will mean demand for homes which incorporate office space and outside areas will continue to rise.

My open-plan dining room/kitchen.
