Q: Who is Agent Tracker?  
Agent Tracker is the brain child of Simon Djemil, he has worked in financial services for over 20 years initially as a financial consultant within the investment and pensions industry quickly moving into mortgages and estate agency in the early 1990’s.

In 1997 he formed his own company Mortgage Choice Services which still works closely with established estate agents providing customers a high value service.

His passion for customer service led him to devise the concept of Agent Tracker
following estate agents feedback expressing concerns about the services standards delivered by some of their peers.

He is committed to changing the public perception of the Estate Agency industry and strongly believes that Agent Tracker is the perfect vehicle.

Whilst speaking to disillusioned agents who were losing out on instructions to competitors who had a poor reputation for customer service standards.
