Next month, Angels Media are launching a tool that will generate thousands of vendor and landlord leads for estate and letting agents. We want you to choose a catchy, user-friendly name for the tool.
As well as the satisfaction of naming the web tool, the agent with the best suggestion will also win a free 12 month subscription (which would normally cost a minimum of £1,500 per year)!
Despite many hours spent around a table coming up with ideas, we're stumped. As the tool will be predominantly used by agents on their websites, it seems apt that an agent names it. We're open to all ideas, although the name needs to convey that the brand is aimed at estate and letting agents.
So, how will the tool work
The tool simply sits on agents' websites and offers potential vendors and landlords a free online valuation (either sales or lettings) of their property. In order to obtain the valuation, the user has to enter their contact details.
This gives the agent the opportunity to phone the vendor/landlord and offer a full market appraisal to someone they would otherwise not have had the opportunity to speak to.
Our tool is proven to significantly increase the number of leads an agent receives, compared to a traditional Contact Us'/'Request A Valuation' form. The reason behind the success of the tool is that it offers something, namely the instant valuation, in return for the contact details.
This means that the agents obtain the contact details of the potential landlord/vendor at an earlier stage, helping them to beat the competition by securing the instruction early!
Despite not officially launching yet, we already have 100s of agents using our toolbut we want more! Our mission is to make Contact Us/Request A Valuation' forms a relic of the past. Our target is for 80% of UK agents to be using our tool to ensure they get the maximum number of leads possible!
