The 2015 LSL Property Services property journalist awards will be a bigger affair than before with two new categories - Periodical Property Consumer Writer and Property Commentator of the Year.
There are now 16 categories spanning many areas of property journalism, although still surprisingly short on gongs for online writing.
Some 40 industry experts - mostly PRs, estate agents, buying agents and journalists - are involved in the judging process and the overall winner of Property Journalist of the Year attracts a £2,000 prize.
The winners will be announced on March 16 and the awards will be presented by former Strictly Come Dancing celebrity and BBC Chief Political Correspondent, John Sergeant.
