An estate agent in his 60s "with old fashioned attitudes" has been placed on the sex offenders' register after being accused of acting like "a sexual pest".

Raymond Buckley, who runs HeadWay Lettings & Sales agency in Blackpool, pleaded guilty to three offences of sexual assault when he appeared at Preston Crown Court.

He allegedly touched and groped two women in separate incidents; he originally denied any sexual impropriety when he was interviewed by the police.

Judge Benjamin Nolan told Buckley: "No doubt you have old-fashioned attitudes to this sort of offending behaviour, which is part of the cause of it."

In addition to being placed on the register, Buckley was sentenced to two years of court supervision, 120 hours of unpaid work for the community, and must pay compensation to each of the victims.

Graham Norwood, more facts please. Why do you continually highlight the popular so called 'bad' things about EA's What about some of the 'better' things. You are becoming a nuisance to the profession!

It's shocking that his disgusting behavior is merely labelled as an estate agent with "old-fashioned attitudes!" Yet again muddying the estate agency profession unfairly!
