Industry figure Paul Clarke has joined LSL Estate Agency Franchising as director of proposition.
It comes after Clarke left his Mr and Mrs Clarke self-employed franchise business last year after it had been acquired by Belvoir in 2023.
Clarke had initially joined the &Co Group as marketing director but in his new role at LSL will see him aim to drive innovation and performance across the LSL Estate Agency Franchise network and the Your Move and Reeds Rains brands.
He said: “I joined LSL because of the ambitious vision and the high quality of the people within the business.
“The potential to grow Your Move and Reeds Rains is huge, and I am looking forward to working with the LSL Estate Agency Franchising team and our Franchise Partners to develop our proposition even further.
“My experiences as a founder of a successful estate agency start-up and a director of a busy independent property group gives me a unique skillset in helping our franchise partners grow their businesses. I am excited about the future.”
