New high end agency puts emphasis on lifestyle presentation

A new agency has launched, describing itself as being “dedicated to creating extraordinary marketing for extraordinary homes across Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire.”

In an online launch statement the company - called Grace Green - says: “We believe UK home sellers deserve so much more than the current standard offered on the high street. On average, homes that have been professionally presented sell for around 8% more than those that haven't, so combined with lifestyle photography, a 4K presenter-led home and grounds video tour, personalised social media campaigns and a beautiful magazine-style brochure, we are dedicated to not only selling your home to the very best buyer, but also for the very best price.”

An introductory YouTube video - launched by agent Grace Watson, the managing director - says: “We put a real focus on the presentation of homes when they come to market. It’s been a huge frustration of mine that estate agents in the UK don’t take pride in the way their homes are presented.”

Watson says her company takes marketing inspiration from “some of our favourite hospitality lifestyle brands” adding “a huge amount of the time focuses on selling a lifestyle and we really think that’s applicable in estate agency too.”  

Each property marketed by the agency will be professionally styled before being photographed and the company will prepare a magazine-style hard copy brochure for each home.

Watson tells viewers of the video that after years of working in corporate estate agency she is delighted to be setting up her own business.
