ESTAS Awards set to reveal postcode winners early

Agents are set to discover who has won the Best in Postcode accolades next week as part of a rejig of the ESTAS Awards.

TV property expert Phil Spencer will be revealing the winners of The ESTAS Best in Postcode Awards at a new virtual event at 4pm on Friday 26 April.

Unlike previous years, where those who have succeeded in making the shortlist for the ESTAS Awards categories announced, this year the virtual event will focus on the winners of the Best in Postcode awards.

All Best in Postcode winners will then automatically be on the shortlist for the following categories:
· Best in County given to one branch in each county
· Best in Region gold, silver and bronze awards at single branch level by UK region
· National Grand Prix Awards for Best Customer Service in the UK with gold, silver and bronze awards presented to one branch who achieve the highest ratings for customer service across the UK

The winners of these categories will be announced at the glittering ESTAS Awards Ceremony that will take place in London on Friday 18th October.

Simon Brown, chief executive  of the ESTAS Awards, said:  “We’re aware that agents seek every competitive advantage possible, so by announcing the winners of the Best In Postcode Awards in April, this provides recipients with a powerful tool to showcase their excellence much earlier in the year.

“We want to enable our winners to boost their local marketing campaigns and generate more listings from late spring onwards, rather than waiting until the ‘traditional awards season’ at the end of the year.”

The winners will also be formally recognised at the physical awards ceremony in October, as well as finding out if they’ve won any of the other categories for which, as a Best in Postcode Winner they are then automatically shortlisted.

Brown added: “All Best In Postcode winners will receive a physical marketing pack within a few days of the virtual event, which will include a set of ‘Best In Postcode Winner’ window stickers, as well as a digital marketing pack containing ‘Best In Postcode Winner’ branding which can be used across social media, email footers, websites and applied to any printed materials as well.

“As ever with the ESTAS Awards, we never charge for a licence to use a winner’s badge and there is no limit on the length of time that the winner’s badges can be displayed for.”
All subscribers to the ESTAS Review platform will receive their invitation to the virtual event over the next few days.
