haart is offering buyers free legal searches on a second property if their first purchase falls through.

The offer, worth around £300,  is part of a new legal search pack launched by haart.

Paul Smith, CEO, said: “We have a long history of innovation in the property industry and our new legal search pack is another example of the efforts we are going to as a business to add value for our customers.

“Not only have we created a one-stop solution that is more cost-effective than anything else in the market, but we are the first estate agent to offer a free search on a second property in the event that the sale of the first property falls through.”

    Jc

    Live is www.live-org.com

They advertise heavily on this site also - look out for the ads. Definitely worth giving them a call, they're good guys.

I'm making c£75 mark-up on every set of searches they sell my purchasers - welcome cashflow given it's upfront.

They've got some good agency brands on their books which is always telling I find.

    Old news.

They're not the first agent to be offering this. Our provider, Live, launched this in August of last year and we, along with other Agents, have been offering this since then.

And a nice revenue stream upfront to replace some of that lost by HIPs thanks very much!
