London agents Douglas & Gordon have added a new French-speaking branch in South Kensington, opposite the French Lycée – which Madonna chose for her children.

The branch is opening to meet the growing demand from French buyers keen to escape the tightening noose of French wealth taxes coming from the Hollande government.

All staff in the office are fluent French-speakers.

Managing director Ivor Dickinson said: “This demonstrates our flexibility to provide services adapted to a very localised market and we hope to give those French families looking to relocate here a relatively stress-free house-buying experience.”

I love French wine, like I love the French language. I have sampled every language, French is my favorite. Fantastic language. Especially to curse with. Nom de dieu de putain de bordel de merde de saloperie de connard d'enculer ta mère. It's like wiping your arse with silk. I love it.

The next step for some agents will be for all staff in the office to be fluent English-speakers? ;>)
