Vizzihome gets in on the app action |
Monday 8th February 2010
Market intelligence provider Vizzihome has also launched an iPhone app.
The application allows users to search properties by postcode, street name or town or current location. Users can choose to show properties which have been on the market for some time or choose to show all the properties ever listed in an area.
The service also offers the ability to identify the owner’s name and phone number using the ‘Vizzi Phone Book’ tool.
Users need to be a current Vizzihome subscriber to use the service and the application can be downloaded by visiting the iTunes store.
Vizzihome says it has over 5,000 subscribers.

One has to wonder about the legal disputes over effective cause of sale. Providing applicants with the contact details of the vendor is bound to muddy the waters.
I appreciate that not a lot of information has been given in the article and maybe the vendor's agent will be provided with a list of those applicants who have received the vendors details from Vizzihome. I wouldn't rush to sign up to anything that has the potential to deny me a fee. |
| | The info in regard to market inteligence is not always correct, i have used this in a corporate enviroment but would not pay for it, found it a bit hit and miss |
