As well as using knowledge about furniture and design to sell homes that are ready to move into, this approach could be extremely useful when selling renovation projects and homes that require a little work and a lot of imagination.

Some people cannot wait to get their hands dirty and start tearing walls down and injecting character and personality into their new home, but for others, the thought of spending months covered in paint and surrounded by dust sheets is hard to swallow.
