LetMC.com, lettings software supplier for the UK, has won the prestigious contract to supply software to Arun Estates. The largest independent estate agency in the south east of England will be provided with cloud computing property management, marketing and accounting software to support their lettings operations.

Initially, software will be provided in both the successful Cubitt & West and Ward & Partners trading names of Arun for all branches that provide lettings.

The award winning software supplier was immensely pleased to have been chosen by Arun Estates. Glyn Trott, Director of LetMC, noted "We're privileged to have such a well known name implementing LetMC cloud software into their operations across the company. This shows how highly regarded the software now is across the Estate and Lettings industry.”

A strong project management approach in data migration and training enabled the software to be implemented in January of 2012, enabling Arun Estates staff at all levels to quickly integrate LetMC into day to day tasks. Andrew Berry, Lettings Operations Director at Arun said "the software affords the group the platform to expand its Lettings Business, whilst facilitating significant benefits to both landlords and tenants, coupled with numerous processing efficiencies.”

Andrew added "it is a fundamental pre-requisite in a Lettings and Property Management Business to have software that can underpin and support growth, and after significant research this software aligns with our own position of being the provider of a first class service."

Trading since 1997, LetMC.com is a cloud software solution for residential lettings and property management. The software has accounted for over £2.9 billion of rent, 145,000 tenancies, with 2000 users spread across the United Kingdom since 2007. LetMC is at the forefront of lettings innovation, it's most recent development set to be an integrated Land Registry search through the software, due for release in early March 2012.
