FindaProperty claims record traffic after marketing push |
Wednesday 7th September 2011
The Digital websites, FindaProperty and Primelocation, are both benefiting from the latest marketing push, the company has claimed.
Digital says FindaProperty in particular is getting record levels of inquiries to agents, and ‘significant spikes’ in brand searches and inquiries for PrimeLocation.
Sheraz Dar, marketing director, said: “From August through to October, we’ve committed to a sustained promotion of Digital Property Group brands.
“The objective is to keep sending our branches and developments a high volume of inquiries and instructions. Our results prove there’s a quantifiable value to our brands staying front of mind on TV, online and in print.”
The latest TV activity began on August 28, and achieved the second highest daily unique visitor figure.
A new social media driven campaign element is the FindaProperty.com Happy Place website – http://happyplace.findaproperty.com/ – where close to 700 home searchers have already shared stories of their Happy Place to win an iPad2.
The ‘Yellow’ campaign from PrimeLocation which prompts vendors and landlords to visit a PrimeLocation agent has helped achieve a 12% month-on-month increase in inquiries for August.

Okay, I'll buck the trend, I want to hear about other portals doing well. We all complain about Rightmove being the number one so why shouldn't we interested in Digital doing well.
Imagine how boring an article would have to be for Jonnie not to comment at all... |
