Digital launches upgrades to solve unopened emails problem |
Friday 14th October 2011
Digital Property Group has launched upgrades to Insight and its Market Appraisal guide.
The upgrades, which are now being rolled out, aim to improve branch performance by enabling estate agents to make the most of their inquiries.
The upgrades come after DPG – which publishes Globrix, FindaProperty and Primelocation – says that 58% of email inquiries to agents from its sites went unopened between September 15 and October 3.
The three key upgrades are:
• New and improved Market Appraisal report – which links to Quest’s estimated current value and the Land Registry sold data – creates, in minutes, an agent branded valuation pack for vendors.
• New email tracking function with all unread emails flagged and followed with reminder alerts – ensuring agents make the most of every inquiry.
• New call recording facilities, including voicemail alerts, sent direct to an agent’s email and an inbound call recording service.
