No - yet Mr Kurz HAS been on site and posted on other storylines since I made these requests...
Maybe his particular brand of professionalism somehow prevents him from responding... ;0)
Been watching this thread to see what the reply was going to be to you PeeBee as i agree, still nothing?
Hmmm... this thread seems to have been resurrected for some reason. SO - as it may now attract his attention once more, I call AGAIN upon Mr Kurtz to answer the questions below.
Come on - you've had two weeks to think of the answers...
Oh dear - Mr Kurz is off on his old 'Estate Agents aren't professionals' thread again. So, Mr Kurz - kindly explain to the readers:
WHY are you a Member of the NAEA?
WHY do you mention your Membership on your company website? and
WHY is the word 'professional' littered all over your companies' websites, if as you say it is not a profession at all?
Over to you, Sir. I, for one, am DYING to know the answers...
Not sure what the problem is here Neil. So our association is advertising courses?And....? You advertise your properties on portals don't you..(with lots of otehr adverts for properties on there). Incidentally you and 152 other agents had read this at the time of writing this so how bad is that. Sure it's Ad heavy but its free.
Oh you couldn't make this up could you? I can now see what the words 'professional' and 'agent' rarely appear together since the professional body isn't really taking the lead. How many shares in Angels Group (owners of EAT) do the NFOPP/NAEA top table members have? How many awards ceremonies have to be attended to seal the deal selling out a professional body to a for-profit company? The crossover is beyond a joke and its clear that the wood and trees have become one. Its increasingly more difficult to support the NAEA when I read advertorials such as the above that could, and should, have gone out direct to the membership- not surrounded by 37 adverts. Is this the commercial trailer-trash sell-out that was really needed and is actually supported by some NAEA members? I couldn't disagree more with what I'm seeing.
