PropertyIndex joins with Email4Property
Monday 16th February 2009PropertyIndex, the pay-per-lead property portal, has linked with Email4Property.
It means that Email4Property users who could previously only use the service to look for local agents will now also be able to search for properties. The listing is powered by PropertyIndex.
It is the latest partnership to be announced by PropertyIndex, which launched in the UK last autumn. It is currently working with more than100 marketing partners, including Nestoria, Upmystreet and Google.
Chief executive Lee Bramzell said the idea is to expand the online visibility of all 250,000 properties currently listed on PropertyIndex.
He went on: “Our strategy to implement a vast network of marketing partnerships with links to PropertyIndex has been the driving force behind our rapid growth as a portal to be reckoned with.
“We aren’t afraid of inviting our competitors or clients to share revenue by hosting links, white labeled sites and other means, enabling them to benefit from the income generated from these leads.
“This is great news for agents, who simply want their properties to be seen by the greatest number of consumers possible. Our system means agents do not pay for exposure – only results. They have nothing to lose by signing up to PropertyIndex and taking advantage of this vast online network.”

Get Profile | Yes Clive, but how many properties do you have on your books, and are they all overpriced?
It might give a fairer comparison if you said how many leads you get from other portals, and what the cost per lead is from them. It would be silly to suggest that your experience will be the same for everyone. Are you possibly an anonymous grumpy competitor? Your post would be more credible if you gave some rough details of the size and location of your business and which portals you get better results from. Otherwise it just looks like you're having a moan and a swipe. |

Come on now, please. I've been with property index for about 3 months now and received about 3 leads that were useless as well. On top of that, I got rid if email 4 property, as they were only sending about 2 leads per month and they were from people with a ridiculuous budget. |
