Carter Jonas in recruitment drive across London

One firm looking to expand is Carter Jonas whose London residential division has been bolstered with a string of senior recruits who join from competitive firms.
 
In the Knightsbridge and Chelsea office, Ian Brownridge has joined as partner and office head. He was previously at Foxtons where he worked for eight years, recently as head of the Sloane Square office. Leah Della Guardia has also joined the team, from Knight Frank, as a sales negotiator. 
 
Barnaby Joyce has joined the Hyde Park and Bayswater office as head of sales. He joins from was Chesterton Humberts.

Simon Fernandes has joined the Mayfair and St James’s lettings team as head of lettings. He was previously at Savills.

The firm has also strengthened its London-based marketing and communications department. Karen Gray has been appointed as head of marketing communications. She has over 17 years’ marketing experience which includes over two years as marketing director at Arun Estates Group.

Niki Riley joins as head of PR and Holly Sherlock as residential marketing executive. Both were previously at Knight Frank in the marketing and communications team.
