PropertyIndex.com strikes new legal deal

PropertyIndex.com has announced a new partnership with leading property law firm RG Solicitors, which is set to pave the way for competitive referrals and extra fee earners for PropertyIndex.com agents.

Agents signed up with PropertyIndex.com can now access exclusive and competitive fixed fee conveyancing rates of £349 + VAT for sales/purchases up to £500,000 (leasehold or freehold). Agents offering the service to their customers are paid a £100 commission for every referral - £75 paid upfront, followed by an additional £25 on completion.  

PropertyIndex.com has been working alongside RG Solicitors for the past six months and has now accepted the law firm on to its panel of preferred partners following the launch of its new Legal Index.
