General Manager: CFP Software.   Location:  Cornwall

CFP Software, part of the Guardian Media Group, is looking to appoint a dynamic General Manager.  This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a successful, brand-leading, award-winning lettings software business.

The ideal candidate will already have demonstrated that they can run a successful, multi-functional commercial business in the lettings, estate agencies or associated software sectors. They will have a detailed working knowledge of the lettings industry and, ideally, a good understanding of lettings software development.  They will have a proven track record of managing sales and marketing in a heavily customer-focused environment and be commercially astute with P&L experience.

The role requires someone with a strong operational focus and the ability to manage a business through change and growth.  Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills are a must.
