My name is Jonathan Senior and I am responsible for inventoryclerk.com, probably the largest network of inventoryclerks within the UK.

I and my colleagues specialise in the training and support of a growing number of professionals who operate much on the 'frontline' of the lettings industry, interacting between letting agent, landlord and tenant.

My comments are mostly my own albeit sometimes with information from my colleagues, published material and anecdotal stories from the lettings domain. I especially invite comment from colleagues within the industry, who like me, would like to see the industry benefit from joint collaboration and support as the private rented sector grows.
