1. I think
I think that all the Residential Property Professionals that work in Sales and Lettings need regulating and should prove via an exam/diploma that they are competent and understand the ins and outs of the sales and marketing process.

2. We need
We need fair and well thought out policies on regulation in our Industry.

3. We would change
We would change the legislation on HIPS and bring back first day marketing as this is a must for all Estate Agents!

4. I like
I like Manchester United and I live in Greater Manchester, I know very strange but true!

5. I dislike
I dislike unprofessional agents that give the good ones (which there are a lot of) a bad reputation.

6. If I ran the country
If I ran the country I would promote our Monarchy 100% more than it is and give generous tax incentives to bring back industries that our country was once famous for, e.g. Aston Martin, Rover, Jaguar, steel, engineering! 

7. I confess
I confess that we try and keep Dezrez a secret from our competitors as there really isn’t another piece of software that compares/competes with theirs.

8. I avoid
I avoid splitting commission on joint agencies, winner takes all is the only fair way forward, with a higher percentage of course! Why should sleepy agents get paid for something they haven’t sold?

9. Gordon Brown should
Gordon Brown should really bring forward the General Election so the country can choose who to elect and not be PM by default!

10. If I was 10 years younger
If I was 10 years younger I would have started Rightmove but NOT have increased subscription fees year on year at 100%

11. I wish
I wish Dezrez would arrange a corporate week out for their clients in a French Ski resort, fully expensed of course.
